The brown coal gasifier mainly produces methanol, which can be used to synthesize products such as dimethyl ether, urea, gasoline, etc. Industry experts believe that using lignite as raw material to produce chemical products that can replace petroleum, and developing a new type of coal new energy chemical integrated industry will play an important role in the sustainable utilization of energy in our country, which is a key development direction in the future.

Due to the strong reducing atmosphere during coal gasification, the furnace temperature can reach up to 1500-1700 ℃. Under high temperature and high pressure, the scouring and erosion effects on the refractory bricks of the furnace wall are relatively severe, and the high-quality refractory bricks lining have a short service life and high operating costs. In order to solve this technical problem, our company's technicians have discussed and researched with users, and have overcome the bending, tube protection, copper steel butt welding, constant temperature welding, heat-resistant and wear-resistant stainless steel and other technologies of ultra long pure copper pipes. We have successfully developed a complete set of copper water jackets for coal gasification furnaces (consisting of upper and lower copper cooling walls, upper and lower furnace water jackets, lower slag ports, nozzles, etc.). Due to the use of pure copper for the cooling wall body and pre embedded pipes in the cooling channel, the two have good fusion, consistent expansion coefficient, and good thermal conductivity, which can effectively cool the refractory materials in the furnace, effectively protect the furnace from being eroded by high-temperature gas, and extend its service life. At present, Yunnan Jiehua Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd., Yunnan Xianfeng Chemical Co., Ltd., Hulunbeier Jinxin Chemical Co., Ltd. and middling coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. have applied our products. The Yunnan Jiehua Brown Coal Gasification Furnace Body Casting Copper Cooling Wall Project, which was just undertaken in August, has been delivered on schedule.
